My fees are as follows:

DDP sessions £80ph (usually payable by the Adoption Support Fund)

Lifestory work £60ph (usually payable by the Local Authority)

121 Therapy £50ph (usually payable by the individual or parent)

Bespoke packages of support, groupwork or trainings: Costing to be co-agreed

Travel time charged at £30ph if relevant

I offer an initial meeting free of charge so that we can explore whether we could work well together.

Psychotherapy is often an in-depth process. It takes time to build trust in the relationship with the therapist and to become aware of the many subtle elements contributing to thoughts, feelings and behaviour. For this reason psychotherapy is rarely a quick fix and most people come for some time (although many people find that space ring fenced to talk is helpful right away). That said, it is your decision how long you come for and how broad, or focused, your enquiry is.

 

We would typically start with six sessions to decide whether you would like us to explore further together.

My practice is located in central Ashburton. This small town on the edge of Dartmoor National Park is just 2minutes from the A38 and 25minutes from both Exeter and Plymouth.
